At D&D in a Castle, we want you to feel as legendary as your character; if your apparel doesn't fit your quest, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric is free from any signs of wear or magical residue.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to the keep.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our scribes process your return at the castle, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
